Care
- After every use, remove food residue and clean the wooden base with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid.
- Do not soak the wooden base or wash it under a strong stream of water.
- Dry the whole wooden base immediately after washing, including the underside and edges.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.
