Care
- After every use, remove food residue and clean the knife with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid.
- Do not soak the knife or wash it under a strong stream of water.
- Dry the whole knife immediately after washing.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.
