The blades are screwed on. You can unscrew them and sharpen them.

The drawer slides along a guide and holds the head of cabbage while you work.
This shredder has 4 blades and is 90 cm long.

It arrives oiled.

The 90 cm model has 4 blades. The 44.5, 56 and 65.5 cm models have 3 each.

Care
- Oiling protects the wood from absorbing too much moisture and helps it keep its natural look.
- Do not soak the shredder or put it in a dishwasher.
- Dry the whole shredder immediately after washing, including the underside and edges.
- Do not dry the shredder on a radiator or near any other strong heat source.
- Keep the shredder out of direct sunlight.
