A simple beech spatula for turning pancakes, omelettes and fritters.
It is light and sits comfortably in the hand.
What it’s for
For a pancake pan or an ordinary frying pan, when you fry omelettes or fritters.
The wood does not scratch the pan’s coating, including a PTFE (Teflon) coating.

Care
- After every use, remove food residue and clean the spatula with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid.
- Do not soak the spatula or wash it under a strong stream of water.
- Dry the whole spatula immediately after washing, including the handle.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.

- Slotted spatula: 30 × 6 cm, fat from fried cutlets and fritters drains through the holes
- Mixing spatula: 30 × 6 cm, for stirring and serving
- Curved spatula: 29.5 cm, curved, for stirring and turning
- Batter spreader: T-shaped, spreads pancake batter across the pan
Safe use
- Do not put the spatula in a dishwasher.
- Do not dry the spatula on a radiator or near any other strong heat source.
- Keep the spatula out of direct sunlight.
