The whole board is solid beech, not plywood.

You can cut vegetables, meat and bread on it, then roll out dough for pierogi or pasta.

Care
- The board arrives unfinished, not oiled. We recommend treating it with oil so it lasts longer.
- Oiling protects the wood from absorbing too much moisture and helps it keep its natural look.
- Wash the board thoroughly right after contact with raw meat, fish or poultry.
- Do not soak the board or wash it under a strong stream of water.
- Dry the whole board immediately after washing, including the underside and edges.
- Do not put the board in a dishwasher.
- Keep the board out of direct sunlight.
Add oil and a rolling pin
We recommend our board oil: 100% white mineral oil, safe for food contact.
