A simple beech spoon for stirring food in pots and frying pans.
It is 25 cm long, and its head measures 10 × 5.5 cm.
What it’s for
For soups, sauces and dishes from the pot, for stirring and serving.
The wood does not scratch the pan’s coating, including a PTFE (Teflon) coating.

Care
- After every use, remove food residue and clean the spoon with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid.
- Do not soak the spoon or wash it under a strong stream of water.
- Dry the whole spoon immediately after washing, including the handle.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.

Safe use
