Replacing a supermarket or bamboo board?
This beech board is 40 × 26 cm and approx. 2 cm thick, with a juice groove around the edge.
What it’s for
A cutting board for everyday chopping.
The juice groove around the edge collects juices from vegetables, fruit and meat, so they don’t run onto the worktop.
‘Colourful’ in the name refers to the natural colour variations of beech. We do not stain the board.
Other sizes or thicknesses

Care
- It arrives oiled and ready to use.
- Oil the board at least once a month, more often with daily use.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.
- Dry the whole board immediately after washing, including the underside and edges.
- Stand it in a well-ventilated place, preferably upright, so that air can reach both sides.
- Cut in different spots across the surface.
- Do not put the board in a dishwasher.
- Do not strike the surface with a heavy cleaver.
- Light marks of use are natural.
We recommend our board oil: 100% white mineral oil, safe for food contact.
