Replacing a supermarket or bamboo board?

This oak board is 40 × 16 cm including the handle, 2 cm thick, with a hanging hole in the handle.

What it’s for

A cutting board for everyday chopping.

Use the handle to carry it from the worktop to the table and serve bread, cheese or snacks on it.

After use, hang it on a hook by the hole in the handle.

This oak board with handle comes in two sizes:

It arrives oiled and ready to use.
Oil the board at least once a month, more often with daily use.
A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.
Dry the whole board immediately after washing, including the underside and edges.
Stand it in a well-ventilated place, preferably upright, so that air can reach both sides.
Cut in different spots across the surface.
Do not put the board in a dishwasher.
Do not strike the surface with a heavy cleaver.
Light marks of use are natural.

We recommend our board oil: 100% white mineral oil, safe for food contact.
