This 187 cm tripod hangs a grate over a campfire, and you set the height with the chain.

- 187 cm tripod in black-painted steel.
- Pulley in the head and hooks for the chain.
The grate with chain is sold separately: each of our grates comes with a chain and 4 carabiners in the box.
Which grate fits?
Our 58.5 cm (size 60), 70 cm and 80 cm grates fit it.

Height above the fire
The chain runs over a pulley in the tripod head.
You hook a chain link onto the hook on the leg: higher when the embers are hot, lower when they die down.
The legs spread from 30 to 120 cm, and the spread decides how high the grate hangs.
Stable and foldable
The tripod holds up to 40 kg.
The legs fold, so the tripod is easy to transport and put away after the season.

Care
After use, let the tripod cool and clean off soot and grease.
Store it in a dry place so the steel does not corrode.
From time to time you can protect the steel with machine oil.
Safe use
- Outdoors only, on level, non-flammable ground.
- The head and chain get hot: wear gloves when you adjust the height.
- Do not leave the fire unattended, and keep an eye on children near it.
