Grilling over a campfire in the garden or at your allotment?

This set hangs the grate over the fire from a 187 cm tripod, and you set the height with the chain.

Included

The fire pit is sold separately.

There is no crank in the set: you set the height with the chain.

The chain runs over a pulley in the tripod head.

You hook a chain link onto the hook on the leg: higher when the embers are hot, lower when they die down.

The legs spread from 30 to 120 cm, and the spread decides how high the grate hangs.

The tripod holds up to 40 kg.

The legs fold, so the set is easy to transport and put away after the season.

All our sets have a 187 cm tripod and a size 60 grate.

They differ in the grate material and in whether a fire pit is in the box.

A chrome-plated grate is steel with a chrome coating. A stainless steel grate is made entirely of stainless steel.

Before the first barbecue, burn in the grate over the fire, without food.

After grilling, clean the grate with a grill brush.

After the season, fold the tripod and store the set in a dry place.

Outdoors only, on level, non-flammable ground.
The grate, chain and tripod head get hot: wear gloves when you adjust the height.
Do not leave the fire unattended, and keep an eye on children near it.
