Small beech spatula for frying, stirring and serving food.
It is 23 cm long, 5 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick.
What it’s for
The surface is left uncoated.
The wood does not scratch the pan’s coating, including a PTFE (Teflon) coating.

Care
- After every use, remove food residue and clean the spatula with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid.
- Do not soak the spatula or wash it under a strong stream of water.
- Dry the whole spatula immediately after washing, including the handle.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.

Safe use
- Do not put the spatula in a dishwasher.
- Do not dry the spatula on a radiator or near any other strong heat source.
- Keep the spatula out of direct sunlight.
