This beech board is 28 × 18.5 cm, with a juice groove and a rounded handle with a slot.
What it’s for
A cutting board for everyday chopping.
The juice groove around the cutting area catches juice as you cut.
The slotted handle makes it easy to carry and to hang on a hook.

Care
- It arrives oiled and ready to use.
- Oil the board at least once a month, more often with daily use.
- A dry, matt or noticeably lighter surface means it is time for oil.
- Dry the whole board immediately after washing, including the underside and edges.
- Stand it in a well-ventilated place, preferably upright, so that air can reach both sides.
- Cut in different spots across the surface.
- Do not put the board in a dishwasher.
- Do not strike the surface with a heavy cleaver.
- Light marks of use are natural.
We recommend our board oil: 100% white mineral oil, safe for food contact.
